Adam Morris

As the Senior Manager working closely with the Director, I oversee the entire lifecycle of our enclosure builds—from initial pricing and planning through to production, compliance, and delivery. I lead factory operations, implement key systems and processes, and coordinate tasks across production teams to ensure our GRP and composite enclosures, along with fabricated steel components, are built to specification and delivered on time. My role also includes job costing, commercial oversight, health & safety documentation, and ensuring full project compliance.
